CALZAGHE-PAVLIK looks like its moving forward, for OCTOBER 18th

This would be a dangerous fight for Pavlik. I think Pavlik should fight Mayorga in Ohio then Marco A Rubio and then he should fight Joe C in early 09. All the while Kelly will build his name and let this fight build into a mega fight. If Joe fights RJJ and beats him by early 09 this fight w/Pavlik would be HUGE on both sides of the ocean I think thats the way 2 go. In my mind its a 50/50 fight.

This win would be meaningless for Pavlik, Calzaghe is just a name, past his prime and old.

I hope this fight comes through. I'd like to see it. At first, I thought Calzaghe would win by comfortable UD, but I'm beggining to lean a bit towards Pavlik.

Pavlik worked hard to win the middleweight championship and said he wants to defend it. He has no problems making the wight. Now HE has to move up where he doesnt even need to be.

Calzaghe should be fighting Roy Jones, yet Jones does what hes been doing his whole career. I couldnt respect Jones any less as a fighter.

i am starting to change my opinion of clazaghe if he will really fight the ghost faced killer kelly pavlik. i am always happy to see the best fight the best and i hope pavliks knocks this man out. i also hope it can happen in america because i think the judges and ref in wales are very bias.

He already moved up once just so the Taylor rematch could happen. I doubt he goes up again all the way to Supermiddle and comes back down again. I dont like it because hes wants/is to be middlewight.
