Boxing is ****ing dangerous, getting hit for year and years is not a good move long run for your body. How many boxers really make it big maybe .05% out of all boxers . Now how many people get seriously hurt in the ring. Also this is a boxer forum so if people want to glorify boxers why do you not follow your own advice and do not respond or leave the thread. Because I think Bowe showed courage in his fights with Golota, but he also acted like a coward in refusing to fight Lennox Lewis.

Boxing is about entertainment what happens to some fighters can be very unfortunate but they all know the risks and accept them for that matter

First of all, as one that have laced up the gloves and fought I say this, ANYONE who hasn't has no merit for calling ANY man or woman a coward. Second, I've said this on many posts before. Just because the guy doesn't fight the guys you want him to fight doesn't mean he's a coward. It also doesn't diminish his capabilities to beat any man in a match pound for pound. You box for 12 three minute rounds and then come post about cowards. Just box for 6 rounds ! I'll give you one better, let someone knock the **** out you and you get back up and kick their ass (as Cotto has done) then you post about cowards. Break your hand against someone's head and finish and win the fight without your best weapon(as Floyd has done) and then post about being a coward. Most of the people talking that coward **** has either never boxed or even been in a fight. I'm not trying to incite anyone to argue I'm just trying to instill some understanding into what it takes to be a prize fighter. Which brings up another interesting point. Isn't it called prize fighting? That term alone makes it a business. Would you do your job for less money just because some fool with a keyboard wants to be convinced you're the best at it? I'm sorry as well . I think courage comes in many forms. Serving my country takes courage just like facing Chico,Margarito or Cotto takes courage. Do you agree. We seem to agree on the coward thing .
