No need to be embarrassed, he's just taking the Hopkins route to the top.

Pacquiao is slightly taller and has a greater reach than Hatton.

Should Mayweather been embarrased for fighting Hatton and all the others who have a serious reach disadvantage? Mayweather's arms are 26" compared to Hatton's 20".

Mayweather has a greater reach than heavyweight David Tua.

Pac wants to make history so Hatton should oblige him... but if Hatton doesn't beat down Pac savagely then he should be very very embarrassed even though Pac is a once-in-a-generation type fighter.

They are the same size. They are both 5'6, they both come into the ring at about 146-150, they are both 29. Pacquiao started at lower weight divisions as a teenager, while Hatton was fighting amateur fights at nearly the same weight.

Not correct at all. But height is not the only factor.
