Calzaghe used to have a SICK left hook. He dropped Chris Eubank twice in 1 fight, a feat which Nigel Benn couldn't do over the course of their two fights together.
Didn't he only drop Eubank once?

Calzaghe is overated. Who's his most credible opponent? A 43 year old B Hop who knocked him down in the first round. If this fight happens then it's a KO win for Pavlik.

The second time was a touchdown which was credited by a KD.

Good fight if it happens, but I'll be surprised if Calzaghe doesn't win a clear decision over Pavlik. They are two of my favourite fighters, but stylistically speaking, Kelly is made for Joe. A come-forward fighter who punches straight? Exactly what Calzaghe ordered.

Kelly will eat jabs and counters all day. His only chance will be to land an absolute bomb and make sure to finish Calzaghe off. Joe has a great chin though and recovers well from big shots. Just look at the uppercuts he eat from Kessler, who is debatably a bigger one-hit puncher than Pavlik, or at least close.

Kelly did exactly what was required of him last night. He outclassed and beat up a bum. We didn't learn anything new about him.

That's what I meant, he only actually put him on the canvas once.

Kessler has a jab that is as good as Kelly's, and it wasn't enough to offset Joe's workrate. Joe's jab is actually better than Kessler's and probably Kelly's too.

They said Lacy can punch and they said Kessler can punch. Kelly brings nothing that Calzaghe hasn't seen before, and guess what? He's undefeated.

Calzaghe has a lot of tools that Kelly has never come up against, he is the most unique fighter alive today. You cannot find a sparring partner to simulate Calzaghe's style, because he doesn't have one.

He could tear Kelly up on the inside, pick him off from the outside or counterpunch him into submission.

I wouldn't be at all suprised if Kelly were to quit on his stool. It takes a lot out of you, both mentally and physically, when you miss most of your punches and eat 5 or 6 in return

What does Calzaghe's ***** taste like?
