Im going to have to disagree. When people talk to me about boxing they usually ask about the Marquez brothers, Pacquiao, Pavlik, Mayweather, and more often, Cotto. Someone who fights more often (Cotto) and who fights the best out there (Marquez' and Pacquiao) will grab the people's attention more than making it rain. Mayweather was one of the most talented fighters ever, but may just crack (barely I haven't tried to put him in yet) the top 25 fighters of all time.
