Hatton's style is only suitable for a young guy. As soon as you have just a little less vigour and drive you don't get off punches so quickly. Hatton moved from punching from the pocket to really smothering himself (and opponent) by going in too close in his last few fights.
Diet issues may have increased his decline but with his style it was inevitable.
I think if Malignaggi pulls out a decent performance he'll cut Hatton's face to shreds.
Hatton needs out. He's lost the extra 5% that made him better than all other good fighters. He was never better than any great fighters.
Prime Tzyzu would have KO'd Ricky.
