the bad thing for zab is he had a chance to beat those guys. he's like the buffalo bills or sacramento kings from a few years back. looked great in the playoffs but in their biggest games they shrink.

i don't know how the hell kostya and baldomir beat him.

actually i was thinking the same thing and its also the reason some people critize zab. IMO he is p4p the most athletic boxer in the sport. He could have easily beat kosta tszyu if it was for his lack of discipline and focus. Also same with cotto baldimor and floyd. He show the ability at times in each of those fights that he could easily win but his focus and discipline is what hold him back from being great....that and the fact i really question how serious he takes boxing.

Judah got starched by Tszyu in the second round with the second clean punch he took. I can see an argument for him beating Baldomir or Mayweather if he were more focussed but I can't see how focus would have got him past Tszyu. Kostya ruined his **** early and decisively.

This makes no sense. Kostya murdered him with ease and could have a hundred times.

There's a fictional boxer I created. He lived for a 150 years and finished his record at 450-0-0 (449ko's) and changed weight classes non-stop and fought every competitor at every weight he wanted to. His one fight that wasn't won by KO was when he won by DQ against Golota.

Was he the greatest fighter ever?!?!?!?!?!

            I think so.

Zab did beat Baldomir but got robbed sma ewith Spinks. Cotto cheated in that 'win'. And Tszyu had a punchers chance and got lucky.

                Is somebody in denial?

How about Baldomir made him run like a sissy and fairly edged a fight. Kostya had no problems laying him out and never would have. That fight was absolutely unwinnable for Zab. Cotto methodically broke him down and badly beat him up.

Judah flatters to deceive. He has that terrific handspeed, but really not that much actual boxing skill, at least not in comparison with the better schooled fighters out there. Whenever I've seen him he seems to throw those terrific shots and then run out of ideas, not really knowing what to do and leaving himself quite open to be hit.

easily the best fighter alive. he's the most talented already. to be undefeated, he would be considered an all time great as Mayweather is now.
