There's not such thing as "just about knocked out". Infact he was just about NOT knockd out, and knocked down. Happens.

Haye had him down in the first and knocked him out in the 4th. Haye needs to improve his defence as well all know, but what a weird way of outlining the fight from a Haye fan, just not the full story.

Haye may have a su****ious chin, but he can seriously crack Wlad's. It all depends on who lands a good right first.

It happens to every fighter, BTW Haye had to lose 15 lbs on muscle, He will perform much better at Heavyweight where is isn't weight drained just like Cotto was at 140. Weight drainage affects Stamina big time, especially if your losing muscle weight, not fat.
I was thinking the same, i mean haye looks like a really small guy in that fight, that fight seems ancient, he was young and still inexperieneced, just like when he lost against thompson..but him getting rocked by this guy doesnt equate 2 him not being able 2 handle heavyweights....pacquiao got knocked out at flyweight (correct me if i'm wrong bout the weight), cotto got rocked more times at L-Welter than he ever has a welter, winky got ****ed up by julio cesar vasquez, hopkins lost his 1st ever fight, hatton got rocked by thaxton....ur dumb if u think most boxers don't learn from early mistakes...haye's defence isnt great but he's way better than he was at that point..come on son how we gonna talk about the past and not talk about the days when wlad was dr. limpwrist

We can be technical about my wording and piss around if we want. Haye is my favourite heavy, and I expect good things, and I know you like him too, but lets be honest. He was on ****ing ***** street, and his reaction after proves that!

This is comparable to Ali's knock down against Cooper. By the time he got to Liston, everyone was so sure Liston would knock him out easily. Ali was so out of it, Cooper probably would have finished him had the round not ended so soon. Ali turned out to have one of the greatest chins in history. If you know history, you know not to draw any definite conclusions off of Hays earlier fights. Some of these Wlad fans are starting to sound like some Cotto fans I remember, and we all know what happened to him.
