David Haye being ROCKED HUGE by Lolenga Mock.

This is comparable to Ali's knock down against Cooper. By the time he got to Liston, everyone was so sure Liston would knock him out easily. Ali was so out of it, Cooper probably would have finished him had the round not ended so soon. Ali turned out to have one of the greatest chins in history. If you know history, you know not to draw any definite conclusions off of Hays earlier fights. Some of these Wlad fans are starting to sound like some Cotto fans I remember, and we all know what happened to him.Comment

I hope Haye does not fight with his hands down a head sticking way out in front of his body like he is in this vid , If so , any heavy with a jab will kill this guy , let alone Wlads jab !Comment

Based on this fight, his left is too low, he's flat footed, his upper body is within easy reach of Lolenga, and he rarely utilized the jab to keep Lolenga at bay.
Other than that, he was smart enough to grab onto Lolenga while he recovered.
He should've gotten a clue that when Lolenga was swinging for the fences, he needed to create distance.
He could've gone to the body often, but that short uppercut was sweet.
He seems to be smart enough to adjust his strategy when under pressure.
If Wlad can exploit his weaknesses, Haye will be in for a long or a short night depending on his conditioning.Comment

Mormeck was a good fighter, Its difficult to tell how well he will do at heavyweight but i hope he can win a title.Comment

I wish that we wouldnt belittle the sport of boxing by calling respectable opponents 'bums'. This guy carved a decent career for himself, fought some tough fights, got some good wins and put in some very good performances. He is no worse an opponent for a then inexperienced and highly green David Haye (in his 7th professional fight) than Puritty was for Wlad. Haye got knocked down by a dangerous opponent, Wlad got knocked out by a durable opponent. Haye gassed against a durable opponent in Thompson. Wlad got knocked silly by a dangerous opponent in Corrie Sanders and then again in Lamon Brewster. Dangerous and durable, but they should've never been able to defeat Haye or Wlad and yet they did. They have both adapted for this, Wlad's chin is still weak, so he works on his defense and keeps himself out of trouble. Haye's defense is still poor, but his chin may be helped by moving up in weight, he has improved his stamina and his attack is more measured and potent. His way of making up for his defensive limitations is to try and take his opponents out as soon as possible. He has the power to take out anyone, he has the defensive skills to be taken out by anyone. Nothing more really needs to be said about this issue. Both sides are so ridiculously blinkered, particularly Wlad's side who seems to think that their three time humiliated fighter is some kind of superhuman.Comment

lol @ people comparing cotto going up a a mere 5 lbs in weight while haye is going up to heavyweight which is weight unlimited. he's going to be fighting a guys 40 lbs heavier than the guys he was fighting. getting hurt by men 40 lbs lighter doesnt exactly bode well for haye. you cant deny it. he's going to have to avoid every left hook or right hand from wlad and catch wlad walking in with combinations. one punch wont do it for haye. wlad is just too big and haye is no corrie sanders in the sneaky power department. I just dont see him taking big heavies out with one punchComment
