    Vernon Forrest

After the Mora fight, what should Vernon Forrest do next? He's got a couple of options.
    24
Move up and pursue titles at 160
    20.83%
    5
Try to gobble up the rest of the belts at 154
    62.50%
    15
Go for the 3rd fight against Mayo, catchweight or not
    16.67%

he should retire, he doesent deserve a belt, he was gifted a win over quartey and then given a bunch of easy fights... baldomir for a vacant belt... lol and a defense against piccarillo... lol

forrest is the biggest bubble just waiting to burst in the fight game right now. any world class fighter with a decent punch is going to knock him out and take his title.

Mayorga would beat him a third time.

You never know, Mayorga isn't the same fighter neither is Forrest but Vernon seems a bit better at this stage of their careers

Forrest is overrated, but Mayorga is way over the hill and I'd pick Forrest to beat him rather handily in a third fight.

that should be multiple choice. I say he should go for the rematch against mayorga and then take all the belts at 154. I think he could do both with relative ease. and yes, I think he could beat mayorga easily right now even though he got beat twice by him.

He should try to unify. If your best division is a weak one then that's just how it is, but it's still a great achievement to unify all the belts. Holding just one belt in a weak division on the other hand...not so good. There is also an outside chance that he'll get a fight with de la Hoya in December, although I don't see it happening.

I don't think he should move up to middleweight. Aside from Pavlik 160 isn't any better talent-wise than 154, and they would all be too big for him.

Forrest looked horrible in the Ike fight because he was just coming off a shoulder surgey, but his last two fights have been great!
