Fact: Vitali vs Lennox ended with a stoppage due to cuts sustained by Vitali. A professional determined that the fight should be stopped, and regardless of how bad you think Lennox looked he must not have been doing too poorly. None of you are in a position to pull pictures of the fight from the internet and argue against the knowledge and experience of the doctor.

Fact: Samuel Peter scored three knockdowns against Wladmir.

Fact: Wladmir could not knock out boxing's version of Barney Rubble, but did succeed in putting everyone in attendance to sleep.

Wladmir reigns over a boring and sloppy HW era. One in which fans are more excited to watch the Valuev and Tye Fields sideshow.
If you believe those knockdowns were legit, then you have to admit that Klitchko came back from three knockdowns to win convincingly on the cards. Impressive no matter what weight division you're in, or what opponent you're against. You also must think Peter is a piece of ****, to be unable to close the show after 3 kd's.

Where the **** did you come from, anyway? Did you get bored over at the gay clown forum?

Sorry, I don't normally make remarks like that, but it's late, I'm tired, and you're a fool.

    P.S.
I'm still not erasing it. I mean deleting it. Hey, that shows my age, eh? YES, we really used to use erasers.

Anyone that thinks Peter scored 3 legitimate knockdowns in the Wlad fight either didn't see the fight, is delusional, or just plain ******. The third was legit, but probably wouldn't have happened after the accumulative affect of the first two illegal rabbit punches.

No ****in person in his right boxing mind thinks Vitali walks through Peter! Vitali hasn't fought in like a decade it seems, while Peter has been active enough to be able to score a win against a rusted ass Vitali! Wlad on the other hand has been active and lookin quite sharp!

Added with Peter's usually poor conditioning and telegraphing punches, Peter would be exhausted by 6-7 round and would become an easy target for Vitali. As long as Vitali makes it to the fight and is at least 75% of his old self in terms of conditioning and fighter mentality, Peter is going to go home with another L on his record, both of them handed to him by 2-times HW champions, the Klitchko brothers.
And Vitali has and uppercut to speak of which would give Peter serious problems and Vitali would take advantage of Peter going off balance everytime after he misses just like Manny to Wlad to do but he didint

One has to be ****** to say that Klitschko lost that fight to Peter including Peter himself, he recently said he won the first fight. How can you not have Klitschko winning that fight? Peter was completely outboxed

Problem (at least one of the problems) with huge gaping cuts like that isn't that the cut itself is dangerous, but that the skin is open, leaving the muscles that control eye movement far more vulnerable to damage or destruction. Having had some experience with that, I can tell you that it was probably pretty wise to stop it when he did. I caught a piece of shrapnel on my left eyebrow overseas, years ago and it had to be repaird, still isn't quite right. Not quite the same, I know, but the basic principle is.
The cut was under control and hadn't bled for 2 full rounds, weven though hit several times. Klitschko had surgery on it and 2 weeks after the fight he showed it on TV, even saying that he couldn't see any sign of a scar. The camera close up didn't either.

Don't forget, on of the phony excuses that lewis used to get out of the promised return in December was that he didn't think that K's eye would heal in time and didn't want to waste his time with a guy who'd be injured again quickly. All deliberate blow. On e of his conditions was that K travel to London to see his-Lewises- super-dooper eye specialist, to give the O.K. before Lewis would fight him. Klitscho did that, but Lewis wouldn't fight anyway, and saw Klitschko demolish Kirk Johnson in a round and a half on the same night that he should have been fighting klitschko. Johnson was Lewis' original opponent for whom K substituted. I believe that THIS finally decided Lewis to "retire".

if i were him i'd rather fight wladimir too......

wlad might be better skilled but vitali when healthy is a lot tougher and has a better chin...... more important in a heavy if you ask me.
