It depends. Since no man has yet to beat the Tijuana Margarito handily. All have come with controversy. Santos and Williams. If any man can withstand the fury and velocity of this tornado and defeat it with ease, I would definitely say Cotto's win would be more impressive than Williams

Depends on how he wins. Paul Williams clearly beat Margarito on points but Margarito was not a beaten fighter. Margarito was still strong at the end of the fight and coming on stronger.
