Lewis was offered well over 20 million for that rematch and he cowardly turned it down because he is scared of Vitali and he knew he would get KO'd in the rematch.

It's too bad, I really wanted to see the rematch....I lost all respect for Lewis when he retired like a coward.

Pacquiao vs. Hatton would be a HUGE fight, and would probably be entertaining as **** too.

I don't like the idea of Mayweather and ODLH fighting again, but that assessment could very well be true if they provided a follow through with it. It is a shame that Margarito vs Cotto would not be on the same card, with the winner of that match fighting the Winner of ODLH vs Floyd. That would spark immediate interest and also showcase Cotto and Margarito to the casual fan and help build momentum and introduce those stars to the mainstream.

With promoters the way they are though, we will never see that happen. Boxing for the most part, needs rivalries. They need stars who will fight over and over again in tough fights. If you check the history of the sport, it always thrived when the biggest stars were battling it out.

You criticise my standard of thinking in the same post that you fail to use the quote function correctly. It's really not that hard, I mean you just click 'reply' and it's done for you...

Anyway I'm not sure how a video of Floyd making excuses proves anything. Unless you believe everything that Mayweather says, which would surely be against your 'think for yourself' advice.

Despite others not agreeing with all of these choices i do.

I think mayweather v. oscar CAN deliever...especially this rematch. i think oscar's new found stamina and floyd sr in the corner will make it a much better fight overall...

and i think pacquiao v. hatton almost guarantees a knockout as does haye v. klit.

Mayweather v. cotto can only end in a knockout IF cotto gets the oppertunity to land a killer left to the body...but its doubtful.

either way i think these are 4 of the best fights that can be made right now and should help the sport...

only downside is the haye v. klit fight...neither is widely popular with casual fans but mayweather, oscar and pacquiao are known to the casual fans...(and hatton is in the U.K.)

so the attention should be there...

I think its the other way around..if anyone gets KO'd it will be Cotto.

The rest of the post I agree with.
