Floyd has turned himself into a disgrace. Nobody except his nuthuggers even care anymore whether he wins, loses, or never fights again. He can sell himself as the GOAT every 2 mins to every person that comes within earshot of him...but 20 years from now he will only be remembered as a good champion whose greatness will always be questioned because at each weightclass he ever got a title in...he never fought the the best at that weight.

Oscar couldnt hurt Foyd....and ODH is getting older everyday...Forbes busted him up....I think that extra 3 pounds is a worlds diffrence...Oscar was not the same like he was May 5th.

Boxing needs more than a couple big matchups to be "saved".

More boxing on network TV (sponsors) would help. As would a decrease in the alphabet soup, one HW champ, a charismatic HW champ.

Calzaghe vs Pavlik should be included, that's a huge superfight.

The dumb fans who actually think Oscar can win will buy.

                Everyone will hype it up.

Floyds own dad is training Oscar I dont think people fully let that sink in yet.

                The 24/7 will be hawt.

This fight will be a money maker and be plastered everywhere.
Money maker. Most likely. Good for boxing? No.

The other ones are a go.

I would actually rather see Pavlik fight Abraham than Calz.

And could end up being the first one we'll actually see!

You probably would've said the same thing before the first Oscar fight. He had people walking out before the Baldomir fight is over because they are so bored, he has HBO criticising him, but did it change his approach? Nope. He was happy to be boring against DLH once, and will be happy to be boring against him again.

I also doubt that he'll be accepting a fight with Cotto. Ever.
