Oh definitely, the avi was a tribute to the season finale tonight. Got a few PM's about it too. Wouldn't miss it for anything.

To be fair to Arum, he was looking to fill an HBO date and if you pay Winky his price it becomes a PPV fight that may not show a profit. Now when he talks about Pavlik fighting Rubio on PPV, it's a whole different story.

And what do you know, Pacquiao is a national icon in his homeland, and really popular in US for such a small fighter.

If Pavlik fights and Beats Calzaghe, Abraham, and like a Roy Jones just for name power, he could be a really big star
DId you see an article about this or are just guessing from ticketmaster?

Actually, I'm looking forward to the undercard as far as Ponce and Lopez goes more than Pavlik-Locket who? It has a lot more meaning as far as who the combatants are and what's at stake than Pavlik-Lockett. I mean sure it's Pavlik and he's defending, but against a nobody who came out of nowhere to get a shot at the belt. I mean, you know **** is messed up when you've never heard or seen a guy fight and he's getting a shot at THE MAN. Only in boxing...But yeah, Lopez vs Ponce will be a war although I'm not sure how well Lopez can take a shot, so it can be over in the 1st rd *cough*bautista*cough

Oh yeah and in regards to the tix sales, well ****, it's Pavlik who has yet to really establish himself as a huge draw outside of his Youngstown fans, and Lockett. Who the **** and where the hell did he come from? If you answered, No ****ing idea to either, then you probably wouldn't be paying money to see whether or not he can survive more than 5 rds against Pavlik or not. But hey, it's free on HBO and I guess we should be thankful for that. Some fighters go PPV when they've yet to establish ****. Were lucky Pavlik was able to beat Taylor to get to where he's at now.

This fight should have never been made, what's the point we all know the result, i hope Pavlik steps up after this and fights Calzaghe or someone else strong
