Hagler losing to SRL. I was just a kid and it was my first disappointment in boxing.

I felt like dying when Hatton ate El Temible for lunch. On the other hand, I did cry when Baldomir upset Judah, but that was out of happiness.

Hatton vs. Tszyu. I really like Ricky, but Tszyu was my favorite fighter. It ****** to see him quit in the corner.

Just seeing a man that had given it everything he had for the sport and knowing that he was done, it was hard to watch.

Yea.. I was actually at the Gomez fight because I knew in my heart that it would be his last. When he was fighting Baldomir, and was knocked out, I couldn't believe it b/c I thought he was going to outclass him easily.. It just showed me his best days are behind him and there was nothing left in the tank.. I'm glad he made the decision to retire.. Hes a really cool doode from what I hear and I wish him the best..

I'm glad to see some of you have hearts, because I can't stand it when people post videos of a fighter being hurt and laughing saying "hahaha, I could watch that everyday!" its ****ed up.. but yea.. Good thread

Great thread. For me I guess what comes to mind is Hatton Mayweather. I was in a pub in manchester drunk, a lot of prick boouncers who weren't interested in the fight were telling us to pipe down. When he got knocked out I got that sinking feeling. I thought he might win, but saying that, I was in no doubt as to the pedigree and class of Mayweather.
