well when you Joined Floyd JUST left 140 and had a fight with Shotbay mitchell...he didnt fight Hatton at 140...he waited two years when Hatton looked like doo doo at 147...

You can't just say it's because of some bandwagon ****.. People dislike Mayweather for a reason 1) He hasn't faced the highest level of opposition in years and 2) He is a prick.
No one here thought Hatton had a chance against Mayweather.. only his fans did.

The DLH.. DLH had lots of supporters.. of course he did! He is DE LA HOYA!
A lot more people were expecting him to win too since he had all the odds stacked in his favor like ring size, gloves, etc. including myself. That fight made lots of people realise how doen DLH was though.

I think the dislike for him is justified for the two reasons above.. some people really dislike him that they hope whoever he steps in the ring with beats him and root for the guy but for the most part that is not the case.

Anyway.. to this day these are my picks when it comes to Mayweather.
Gatti < Mayweather
Mayweather > Judah
Mayweather > Baldomir
DLH > Mayweather
Mayweather > Hatton

So really, that bandwagon **** don't work.. ask the majority of the forum I bet their pics will most likely be a lot like mine.

He has earned the dislike for not fighting the caliber of fighters he should be fighting at the level of greatness he is at in today welterweight rankings..

LOL... The true thing is that it's always somebody here. I've seen the great Hopes evolve from Margarito to Hatton to Cotto... And every time people move on to the next guy, it's like they never rode the last guy's nuts for the past year. Hatton get's knocked out: 'Oh, he was a smaller guy..'
