Williams would beat Margarito in a rematch at 154 (147 maybe not since Williams can't throw as much now)
he cant throw as much because margarito ruined him. at 154 it would not matter williams would be in for another beating.

      1. Did Rodney Jones fight for a world title before he fought Margarito or was he just a 11-2 guy?

      2. When Roney finally did fight for a world title, didn't he get owned by the feather fisted Cory Spinks for 12 rounds.

      3. No Floyd didn't fight at 18 but did win a world title at 21 after only 17 fights.

      Thank you......come again.

Maragarito DID NOT ruin him. Williams outboxed Margarito in the 12th to secure the victory even though he is not a good boxer.

Williams just happen to get outboxed by a slick southpaw he had trouble landing on.......that's all.

so you admit margarito fought tougher competition coming up than mayweather right?? margarito could have won a title at 21 if he was a amateur like maywather.

No, Margarito doesn't have Mayweather skills amateur or not amateur. He is simply a one-division fighter who relies on being stronger then his opponents. And again Diaz didn't have amateur experience and managed to go undefeated winning a world title even though he is a small guy.

Margarito can't deal with skilled boxers and he can't deal with guys bigger then him. He lost to the bigger guy in Williams and now will lose to the more skilled guy in Cotto.

            Anything else?

as i said he needs the amateur experience. if mayweather had the exact same upbringing as margarito he would not be on the posters all over your room.

Did Juan Diaz have amateur experience? A small 5'6 guy with no punching power yet the 5'11 guy losses to nobodies, loses to the first guy moving up in weight, losses to the taller guy at 147...and is about to lose to the more skilled guy.

Margarito chocked on **** against Bean Pole Williams, Tony barely got past an injured Clottey.

If both Darth Vader and Obe Wan Kenobi were alive today, they would both tell you that "YOUR FEELINGS SUCK!"

You are trying to make excuses for the man. What will be your excuse on the 27th?

BTW, Julio Cesar Chavez Jr., has no amatuer background and he is still wining. So please little viva sit down and know your place.
