i would love to see cotto be undefeated after fighting men at the age of 15. at that age cotto was losing in the amateurs against other kids. all you need to know about margarito is that he was undefeated at welterweight for 10 years and he only has trouble with fighters who fight in the southpaw stance and of course he is the most feared man in the planet.

Well, he did. He even defeated Panchito Bojado twice, and LOST against Ivan Calderón.

So, fighting is fighting. It appears that you Margarito fans only want to see what you would like to see.

Oh, and thanks for the insult.

plain and basic common sense. i still feel margarito would be undefeated and #1 on the p4p if he had the amateur experience.

Juan Diaz started at age 16, so why is it that he only lost just recently as a champion fighting a world class contender?

Yet Margarito losses to guys nobody ever heard of. A strong 5'11 guy who can't even fight one division above and when he did lost. So he goes back down to 147 thinking that he is gonna beat everybody because of his size advantage bud winds up losing to the first bigger guy in Paul Williams.

diaz is only about the volume punching. margarito all about power and he was still weak as a teenager. if you look at his record he got all his kos as he got older. plain and basic common sense.
