Floydy the Ring #1 p4p--S'plain Please..

** My dearest dearies, I did not make the current rankings.
I just compared all the current rankings to the 3 top contender's careers for Ring #1 p4p. An even comparison across the board.
The results
1. Manny with 5 top fights made.
2. Joe with 4 top fights made.
3. Floydy with 3 top fights made.
After all this is supposed the be the CURRENT p4p #1, so I wanted to look at a non biased set of current rankings. ********* ain't perfect, nobody or nothing is.
But all this bashing of Texas which has not only fought to reaffirm the initial Declaration of Independence in their own war of independence, but has more heavily been represented in American military and presidential history than their population might suggest regardless of what you chaps think.
All three listed above still fine fighters even if Texas secedes from the Union as is their right per agreement when they were accepted into the Union. Hey, I didn't make the history either, but I'm sure you chaps real good at killing the messenger of all tidings.
Cheerio now dearies. Gonna grill up some bratwurst for some tasty sour kraut dogs with some good ale. Adios Amigos....

That makes no sense, considering Floyd has faced more world champions than Manny and Joe.** My dearest dearies, I did not make the current rankings.

Your thread is a clear attempt at spin.Comment

** Apparently most of those champs you talk of are spinning in their graves since only 3 appear in the current rankings.
My guess is the WBC always made sure that Floydy faced the old guys to keep him propped up, because at the end of the day, the 5 division champ should be more accurately described as the WBC 5 division champ since that is the only belt he's held. No attempts to unify, or compete for anything else, none.
Oh, I guess you dears could go fluff up that disgraced IBF belt Zabby held. That'd be a sweet gesture of caring.
They just don't make Ring # ones like they used to it would appear.
Maybe we could just put them in alphabetical order
1a. Joe Calzaghe
1b. Floydy
1c. Manny
4. Cotto
Don't see how anyone could rank Floydy #1 anymore while he's in a golden era of killer welts that he ain't fighting. I guess he figures since he took care of BigShow, he don't have to really fight any more less the brass knucks written into the contract. Don't think Oscar is going for it though.Comment
