But it is not ok for Floyd to make Cotto meet all his stipulations and standards... before the Floyd vs. Cotto fight can happen..!!

Cotto fought Shane who is a bigger guy and is dying to fight DLH. And if you wanna even think Mayorga is a problem for Cotto throw him in too. THey all lose to Cotto.
