I kind of liked the honesty about the fighters weak performance.

Chemistry between them is terrible though. they also dont offer any insight to boxing that an average fan doesnt already know. For example I really like when HBO gets a trainer (like Manny Steward) because he can give some info I would have never even thought of.

Remember it's Versus though... they dont have HBOPPV budget.
I didn't like how they were softball pitching post fight questions to Malignaggi. Larry Merchant or Jim Gray would have been more aggressive.

Maybe it's just me being English, but it annoyed me when this exchange took place in the very first round:

Crap commentator 1: I guarantee this referee was carefully chosen as a Ricky Hatton ref
Crap commentator 2: Well he's from England, enough said there

I mean wtf? It's the first round and already they're coming out with this stuff. If people want to look at the tenth round and say the ref was biased then that's their right, but for them to say it in the first round annoyed me. There are some bad US refs, but I wouldn't criticise one that I didn't know before he even had a chance to do anything.

They are the worst boxing crew, they reduce the level of excitement.

And I agree they were unfairly negative toward and biased against Hatton.

I don't think Paulie was very serious about this fight. How can you take a guy like Lovemore N'dou serious the dude is a clown

I found it more ridicioulous (horrible spelling I know) that they kept trying to blame Paulie's hair as the main reason why he looked like ****. Let's not even mention how good Ndou looked.

They didn't focus on what Ndou was doing, but what Paulie was doing wrong. Give Ndou credit for putting up a good fight. They were awful
