Warrior yes, good chin, not really.
No one is implying that Arturo Gatti is jake LaMotta or david Tua. But for the amount of leather that Gatti ate, i would say that he has a better chin than Ricky Hatton.

I would hate to drive with ricky because he would only look to the right when we cross intersections.

Somehow, Hatton has bought into the concept that he can walk through people. In retrospect, it is amazing that he was able to close the distance on Kostya Tszyu.

I think he needs someone who can teach him some defence. Keep his hands up. Stop JUMPING IN WITH THE SAME LEFT HOOK. Stick with Billy Graham but get another coach to work exclusively on head movement and keeping his hands up. Hatton is great, great footwork, great body shots, but that whole feint-pause-leapinglefthook **** just isn't going to cut it especially if your right isn't held high.

I say keep the ridiculous body belt, it helps Hatton work on his stamina (which was spot on tonight) and on his footwork and body punching. But work more on the head movement and hands being up.

                .
Yeah. When Mayweather mocks your style at the weigh-in, and you come into the ring and do EXACTLY what he was mocking you about, that probably isn't a good thing.

Ricky Hatton doesn't have the mental or physical capacities to change his ways now.

After Malignaggi he should just quit, win or lose, because Floyd would seriously violate that a$$ if they rematch.

But if Ricky wants to fight another 5 or 6 fights, he needs to switch it up.

Frankly, the Hatton that fought today would ALSO get beat by Bradley. Probably knocked out.
                    new trainer without a doubt..

but pointles at this late stage.
