Throwing right hooks to the body late in the Taylor fight was a change although he should have done it earlier. I think Pavlik is a great fighter. If he has to bring out some other tools to win then he will.

Zertuche was able to hurt Pavlik, so can Lockett.

I actually think Zertuche hurt Pavlik more then Taylor and Miranda. Because in the fight pavlik said something like he can't feel his legs... LoL, though I don't know because Zertuche's power might be slightly stronger then people realize.

Zertuche was always known as a big puncher with both hands. The only reason he never had a better knockout ratio is because he was wild, but the kid could ****.

Lockett hits hard and will always have a chance, but on closer inspection, Pavlik is a beast, and will have to be hit with some hard shots to be put down.

Pavlik no uppercut? Did you not see Jermain Taylor almost decapitated by the Pavlik uppercut in Taylor Pavlik I?

"Who Fears Being Conquered Is Sure Of Defeat" you must be talking about Mayweather?

I will bet all my points with you at a four to one ratio.

Lockett maybe right when he says that Pavlik isn't like those guys mentioned, but Im pretty sure by the end of the night he'll have felt that one-two combo too many times.

Pavlik has years and many more fights to go before he can be considered anything remotely resembling a great fighter, he has a loooooooong way to go, and im not sure he has enough highly regarded opponents to face to be considered great he may go down in history as a very good fighter, but great, im not so sure because of the lack of available great fighters to fight to define him. This guy locket is talking a good game i saw him fight once and wasn't really impressed with his power or skills maybe he has improved since then, im not sure but I doubt if he goes the distance in this fight, much less wins, but who knows maybe they have come up with a plan to nullify pavliks primary strength.
