Pavlik is not a one punch ko fighter he wins with an accumulation of punches, the majority of his kos have come late in the fight after his punch count had taken it's toll on his opponents, much like cintron who is another overrated puncher. They both have gotten the knockouts with an accumulation of punches not by dramatic one punch kos it's for that reason also that I dont thin pavlik will beat joe, joe is to active and pavlik is tailor made for him in that he comes straight ahead.

Very true. He is not a one punch puncher, but he seems very good at KO'ing guys who never got stopped. Best finisher in the sport? I would say yes by far. He is so composed in stopping guys. He does not load up, he just makes sure he keeps landing by threading the needle.

pavlik is a good boxer with a good amateur background and his body punching is superior, you just gotta watch more of his fights with taylor and miranda.. pvlik like cotto is a throwback fighter not flashy like these other so called greats who cant stand there and fight..
