BatTheMan and Pantera2000. Honestly i wasn't trying to restart the Kessler - Miranda issue again. I think we have been there. Only tried to look forward, as i see it, right or wrong. Miranda WBC not available - WBA #2. Sure he should be in for a mandatory for at the time free WBA title at 168.
If Froch and Miranda will be in a fight, it will be as WBA v. WBC belt holders, or because the both lost trying to be belt holders.

Froch's chin hasn't been tested at top level but i'd say it is better than Miranda's.

I think a KO/TKO is far likely than a decision.....but i think, once each boxer has felt the others power, they both will stay cautious.
I don't know if I can say something real educated regarding Froch. I haven't seen a lot of him. But I'd like to see more! Especially vs. a top-dog.

My point is that 2 ****ers in the ring together does not always equal KO, and since these two are not super-skilled, I could see a distance fight.

Please. Because he instead of fighting Mundine for the 2. time took on Beyer for the WBC, defended it against Andrade and then tried to unified the WBA, WBC and WBO against Calzaghe? Anyway enough from me about Kessler, this is a Miranda - Froch thread.

Yep exactly. Kessler knew Mundine poses a bigger threat than Beyer and Andrade put together. As simple as that He knows that. He knows Choc improved since there first fight.

          Ugly side of boxing!

You just keep on owning yourself. It's quite amusing.

Sturm, Winky, Pavlik, Kessler and so on, all pulled out 'cause Mundine is so fearsome. He must be the most avoided boxer in boxing today. Make a thread about that.

And let's try to keep this thread about Froch and Miranda as Jan(DK) suggested.

No i find you amusing. Your European bias is obvious for all to see.

Winky - Mundine was to much of a risk and little money. Both camps negotiated.

Sturm - Fighting Griffin, possibly Mundine by end of year.

But im focusing on Kessler here. mundine wanted him straight after his fight with Green. Also if you want evidence, watch the Australian commentary they say "Mundine is now shouting at us, telling us he wants kessler next", they say that after Mundine was screaming that at them after the fight. Also Andrade has limited offensive skills, and Beyer is a MW.

Kessler ducked his biggest threat at the end of 06.

After everything Palle has done avoiding Miranda, i find it hard that you believe team Kessler!

As i see it, Miranda is a big, strong, tough brawler and Miranda v. Bika should be an all out war!!
But i think Miranda has trouble fighting guys how trows strait shots like Abraham, Pavlik and Froch.
Anyone thinks, that Pavlik and Froch have a similar boxing style??

lllloooooollllllll..... And the ownings just keep on coming!!!

You think Kessler avoided an opponent he decisioned decisively in his own backyard?
You think Kessler avoided Mundine by taking a unification-fight instead?
You think I have a euro-bias? Check the poll. It's public. FYI I didn't pick Froch.

Who is Froch? How can we talk about a guy who hasn't fought one top 30 fighter?

                    Its fascination!

By not picking froch that doesn't mean your not bias. it means you have a brain.

Do you honestly think Beyer is a bigger threat/was, than Mundine was. ?

Because if you do thats dillusional.

Mundine showed the world against Green that he is a conssitently improving fighter and a late bloomer. So much so that many people pick him to win the rematch.

Kessler ducked Mundine at the end of 06. Simple as that.
