Margie is attempting to draw the smaller man into a club fight! Skill wise Cotto is about a B and Margie is a C+. Margie is a straight forward up and down head 1st brawler. No lateral movement, speed, or defense! Cotto is a brawler when it comes to undersized fighters only. His defense is suspect when challenged by speed. My prediction is that Speed wins this fight. Cotto stays inside of Margie the windmill and counter all night until he gets caught. Then thumps his sack and backpedal for the rest of the night for a UD. Margie 2 slow and 2 easy to hit. Good chin but you get points by hitting not getting hit! Don't expect the barnburner that everyone is hoping for! Team Cotto would be ****** 2 do so! I still can't see any of these guys defeating PBF!

theres always a possibility of cotto boxing. i dont know if he could do it against margarito's pressure tho. he could get his combinations in and when margarito gets in close to start roughin him up cotto could tie him up and ****, but dats tough to do for 12 rounds. **** idk all i kno is that this fight is gonna be sick

Cotto won't know what to do when Margo takes his best shots and keeps coming. Then he'll resort to low blows once he gets dropped. Margarito TKO 8 unless Cotto gets DQ'd for hitting in the nuts too many times.

he said he will break the all time punches thrown record but he will miss with those wide punches with a true boxer like cotto and when he is out of gas from missing cotto will eat his ass like arroz con pollo. people forget how good of aboxer cotto is but think about it like this, cotto best friend and someone he train with is ivan calderon one of the purest boxers in the game p4p, so imagine what hes learning from him and with those skill and the ability to ko you have the soon to be p4p best.

I'm I missing something or does Margie not have FIVE L's on hid record????
Was Margie Hungry against Clottey when he only won due to Clottey Breaking his hand. The breaks came from excessive pounding on Margie.
Was Margie Hungry when Williams took him too school? Did williams not get
broken by quintana who Cotto Destroyed in five??

              WAKE UP PEOPLE!!

I think its funny how Cotto beat 3 straight fighter who have nooooooooooo defense and all of a sudden he is an instinctive "boxer". He can't box ****... he IS getting better at it.. But he ain't outboxing anybody... More like outslugging. We'll see how good of a boxer he is when Mayweather makes him look like Arturo "Bobblehead" Gatti next year.

Margaritos career is on the line. I don't expect anything less than a full out assault. As much as I like Miguel Cotto, I think hes going to get crushed.

Of course both fighters are coming to win. It'll be a tough a fight. Cotto's gonna win though. He's just better I think.
