Margarito been through a lot. **** Hbo not allowing his story to be told.

After know that a countdown wont happen, now im sure that Hbo reads this website and others. Cause i remember to many haters talking **** how Cotto or Margarito would be a boring interview or 24/7 in the end some of the loud **** talking fans are the ones who **** it up for the true boxing fans. This fight deserves a countdown. Hbo **** you i know you're reading this!

The Champions League final is on in about an hour and that's getting a build-up on a par with a Superbowl.

Is the Champions League final being aired in the states?

              hmm thats discouraging

I really wonder if HBO thinks they wont get enough viewers.

on ESPN Deportes which is a network you have to pay extra for.

Do you guys not realize that this forum is not indicative of the rest of the world? HBO has to draw viewers from the whole country, not boxingscene. Cotto's name is known but he is still far from a star. Margarito's name would be totally lost on the general public. No one would care to watch the countdown. It would be a loss for HBO.

I don't doubt at ALL that De La Hoya had something to do with this or Mayweather.
