Going to LaLonde's house to MURDER him because he fired you...and punching some reporter in the face because he wrote something you didn't like isn't what I would call indications of storng character.

For a guy that always preaches about character, that sure sounds very hypocritical.

Teddy doesn't like Mike because he tried to harrase his niece or something like that...

Tyson touched and propositioned teddy's underage niece for Godsakes!!! That's right. Tyson has done some bad things, Teddy has done some bad things. But I don't thing Teddy ever ******ed tyson's family. Teddy has a right to question Tyson's character. If anybody touched an underage family member of yours, you wouldn't feel you had the right to **** on their character?

Teddy Atlas is more famous for winning the title with Michael Moorer against Holyfield rather than the fact he trained Tyson early in his career
that's entirely true. few people even know that he ever trained tyson. ask anybody who knows about him and they'll tell you about how he jumped in the ring and yelled at Michael Moorer

Teddy Atlas wasn't wrong to pull a gun on Mike Tyson for grabbing Teddy's niece's ass or whatever. Tyson may have only been 15 or 16, but he was a 200 lb. trained boxer.

Plotting to murder Donny Lalonde, however, is another story.

the fact of the matter is that whether or not Atlas is a scumbag is asnirrelevant as is the fact that Tyson was a scumbag.

the point is he lacked character as a fighter, not a person. and obviously he was proven correct.
