Cotto is only 5'8, his body at 147 looks full enough. If the man puts on 7-13 pounds like you suggest, I could not imagine how big he would be. I guess this statement makes everyone at 5'7 to 5'8 a coward. And to think you have a huge guy like Paul Williams at welterweight and no one says ****.

Cotto already weighs close to 160 if not 160 for his WW fights so he wouldn't have to gain anything. He could just do what Floyd does now. Floyd fights at WW at 148 - 150 lbs. and u right Williams should be fighting at MW, but he doesn't have pop to fight at the weight
