    British people are notorious for being "over zealous" when supporting their countrymen. Not just with boxers, but with all sports. Football especially...

    I see it as comraderie and support....Nothing wrong with it, though calling Calzaghe p4p#1 may be taking it a bit far.

          Yes we do overhype our boxers a little bit, but that isn't the point i'd like to make. My point is you're a xenophobic prick who brings nothing to boxingscene other than hate. If anyone ever deserved to be banned it is you.

            well i know for a fact i do not overate British fighters im a realist ,but i agree many British fight fans do overate our fighters to my annoyance i might add

              by the way I would say that the majority of us brits don't over hype our fighters (although there are the minority).

              That said could you say the same about the US, mexican, european fans etc???

              I think in every country u will get nut huggers & Haters that is just how some people are, it ain't country specific

                    I love it when U.S fans says America produce's better boxers than the UK. Yet the US is about 40 times larger than the UK. So imagine the UK x 40, they'd ****ing own the boxing scene 40 times over.

                      yeah & up until recently Britain had 7 World Champions 2 of those undisputed & Hatton the linear 140lbs Champ
