Chris needs to start training fighters, or join a TV crew. His mind should not leave the sport even if his body is forced to. He brings too much to the table in that department. It would be a blow to the sport of boxing to lose him completely.

Get well, Chris. We'll miss you.

I was about to say the same thing. I'm not a doctor, but it doesn't seem very prudent to give valium to someone who may have a concussion. You would think the morphine alone would be adequate for pain relief.

damn....i just hope that after this he doesnt try to fight again. and at least for me this last defeat does not diminished what he has accomplished in any way.
best of luck for him now.

His legs are absolutely gone at this weight. I find it hard to believe he didnt have any trouble in sparring either. There had to have been indicators.

He looks so ****ing skinny, and didn't look himself yesterday. The worse thing that could've happened is that he would get hurt and he did. Taking that weight off made him weaker. Its good hes not going to fight again. He had a long career, and should hang em up at this point.

                  Hope he comes out fine.

He shouldn't have been in the ring in the first place.
