The weight drain concept isnt really that hard to understand, though it is very common, something should be done about it to stop it being abused, because it can be dangerous.

If you cant understand that, dont drink anything for the next 36 hours and then smack yourself in the head repeatedly for 3 mins twelve times, see how you feel.
