He is almost there, but lacks a decisive victory over a world class fighter in their prime.

Let's see what happens in the PBF rematch first.

As a Oscar fan since he turned pro, I would say no. All time great is a title for only the very elite fighters that fought great fighters and won them. Oscar's opposition is all time great material, but he was ripped off in some fights and recived the nod in other fights, leaving some doubt about his greatness. had he received the nod against Tito and mosley 2 , the story would be much different, also fighting Hopkins was a gamble that did'nt pay off. You have to give it up to Oscar, the man never ducked a single fighter, he risked the 0 in the pursuit of greatness, falling short of it but still attaining titles and worldwide acclaim.

Last point, Floyd is not all time great either. He might be undefeated, and if thats what makes you all time great, then that's your view. I do not see how with only 40 fights and the up and down competition can make Floyd all time great. He is all time great in defense, but overall I would never put him in the same sentence or mention with the likes of Robinson, Armstrong, Louis, leonard,Duran,etc....................
He would be top 100, no doubt, but not all time great.

"All time great" is such a vague term. I'd have to see a list of other ATG's to determine whether he is worthy.
