If Jeff Lacy never crossed the pound Calzaghe could have been a fogotten fighter. Jeff showed balls throughout the fight to hang in there and he deserves credit. I'm sick and tired of people ****ting on Jeff now.

Jeff Lacy appreciation thread

This is kind of funny. Jeff Lacy got outclassed in a fight by the best Lightweight around now. No shame in that. That was a good choice to go to England and beat there best. If he would have beat Joe he would be the man now. I can understand putting your head down losing to a nobody or getting knocked out in the first round by Joe but Lacy fought 12 hard rounds and lost to the best fighter out there. There is nothing he should be ashamed of. Come back healthy and there are good fights out there with guys like Miranda and Taylor. But appreciation day. LOL.

nice boxing knowledge. first of all the fight was at super middle. second i think you were trying to say light heavy which he has only fought once in and "beating" an old hopkins doesnt make him the best light heavy.
