The thread starter is abssolutly right, Tyson was the best. And about Vitali I don't think that he could ko Ali, but that could be a hard fight for Ali, and Vitali is much better HW than WLad IMO

What was Tyson the best at? Raping women in hotel rooms? Beating up people in a fit of road rage (or is that roid rage?)? Getting busted for drug possesion? How about ear biting? Smacking around old ladies for their social security checks? I know! He was best at dropping the soap in prison and getting traded for a pack of Newports! Ah! The life of a prison *****! Agreed, Klitschko hasn't beaten anyone that would convince me that he would beat Muhammad Ali. Klitschko is a good fighter, but its just a different era of fighters and different level of competition. I can choose most of Ali's opponents and say that hes better than anyone that Vitali has beaten. In fact, the best fighter that Klitschko has beaten was Sanders. Hes too stiff for an elusive boxer like Ali, especially the version that beat Liston. I almost didn't come into this thread when i read the title. Threads like these reminds me of why i am over at east-side boxing more.


The more i read about Johnson, the more i realize how truly great of a fighter he was and how the era he fought in was one of the greatest. His wins over guys like Langford, Joe Jennette, Fitzsimmons ect are incredible. You can make a strong case for him being the greatest heavyweight.

I rank Johnson #3 on my Heavyweight ATG list (after Ali and Louis), so yeah, I really admire Johnson's ability in the ring. People don't realize how incredibly deep the Heavyweights were back then when you factor in the great black fighters that very few seem to even realize exist. Johnson, Godfrey, Jeannette, McVey, Jackson, and Sam Langford: A Welterweight who routinely beat Heavyweights.

Of course he ko's him. We must understand one think that everything in the world is developing, especialy sport, science and so on. In athletics 20 years ago world record in 100meter sprint was 5 or 6 seconds worst than now what does it mean it means there are new ways for training and sportsem are getting better and better, the same is boxing, in their era they were great but now days it's something else. Vitali is much bigger than Louis, the rules are different so it's not the smartest thing compaer fighter in that way.
