There are some hard punchin fighters at 168 right now. The division is gettin hot. Most of the fights that could be made between any of the top 10 ranked guys could be exciting, so just fight and win and you should get props. In Joe C's absence, Kessler still seems like the man to beat, evn tho he lost some cred wit da ***** move he made regarding Miranda.

When did Hopkins' resume come into the conversation?

To be fair... Mundine's second rate WBA "regular" championship isn't really a world title belt in my mind.

Calzaghe is the real WBA super middleweight champion.

But even so, Mundine clearly commands more respect at 168 because of his established credentials in that division.

Well on paper you are right, but Calzaghe will never defend that title again so Mundine's title will soon become official. And as we all know any title, no matter how it was acquired, is as valid as the fighter who holds it.
