How do you prove yourself at 168?

I agree, he needs to work on throwing his left hook better.
His uppercuts are deadly though!
I would love to see him with Manny Steward.. That guy loves great jabbers!
I'm sure he could make Kessler 10 times better.Comment

Kessler just needs to get back in the ring.
I think people are critical because so many of his fights were on home turf, but he's since disproved that argument.
He needs to get the sting out of the loss and fight someone.
168 is not a historical division but there were some great punchers there and there still are.Comment

He does have some good uppercuts. I can't believe how many landed against Joe Calzaghe.
He also has the best ring entrances today. His little techno rave strut thing while strobe lights are going nuts and electronica techno **** is blaring. It seriously is an ecstacy lovers dream scenario!Comment

I've never seen Mundine fight, but I can tell you that he has beaten someone more impressive at 168 than David Banks. He has held a belt at 168, and Ultima Boxa says that he is one of those extremely rawly talented fighters who is really starting to harness that talent.
I've never been a fan of Miranda myself. I always say that I am a lot less excited about power punching prospects than I am any other kind. The power punchers look terrific against homeless people, but they usually get schooled when they step up.Comment

about the thread i think kessler is a proven fighter but people say he sucks cuz he only fights in europe but there are no worthy americans to beat at 168 so why go there
its kinda like the people who says the hw division sucks just cuz all the american heavyweights currently suckComment
