Cotto has a harder jab then paul williams not as long of course be clearly stronger then paul williams. Cotto probably has the hardest jab in the welterweight division

Cotto does have a stronger jab..but like you said Pauls 82 inch reach and workrate I think gives him the edge.

Cotto also doesnt have Oscar or Williams height.

Hes actually almost 2 inches shorter then Floyd.

I don't know what burner thinks but I think theres a reason why Williams is fighting at welterweight(maybe the money), or maybe he won't be able to take punches well from 160 pounders.
