Even before I stepped down from the Floyd brigade, I never considered 2501 a hater. He really isn't. He just questions some of the more outlandish claims people make about Floyd. And of course, he questions the lack of a Mayweather-Cotto bout being signed in the present.

I originally thought the same untill I kept seeing that same just about daily ,,,,,, I think its pretty obvious why Cotto Matweather hasnt happened yet , it aint fully cooked yet .

Neither was Mayweather-Hatton.

That rematch taking precedence over Mayweather-Cotto is just beyond disgraceful.

Like I said, I can excuse the Oscar rematch, but if Floyd fights Hatton again... he has lost a fan for life!

For something that aint fully cooked, it sure as hell is on the tip of EVERYONE'S tongue whenever either fighter's name is mentioned. The question is raised at EVERY interview. Im to the point where i truly believe that Floyd is sitting back and stalling in hopes that Cotto loses. That way he has a legitimate excuse not to fight him.

Your a hater inside , but a crafty one , you try and create threads and posts concerning Mayweather as supposed logical questions full of sincerity lol , you ask where are all the hate threads everybody talks of are yet you are in most of them somewhere ,, concerning Floyd you dont fool anyone .

the thing is there is nothing really positive to say about mayweather at this period of time when it comes to Boxing. thats the simple truth. ive said a million times that i dont care that he does WWE, Nascar, Top Chef, America's Next Top Model, etc. He can get all the money he wants. more power to him. this sport is unforgiving and we all know it eats its own. but what bothers me is the pass he gets from you guys because of what he has done in the past. Prior to becoming a WW, Floyd was doing everything he needed to do to become the best. But you know damn well he hasnt done that since then. anyone with an ounce of objectivity sees that or is finally realizing it.

If Floyd was fighting the best, beating the best, I'd be talking about him like I talk about Miguel Cotto, Juan Manuel Marquez, Manny Pacquiao, ETC, but he isnt doing what these guys are doing. So what Im I supposed to do? Am I supposed to sit back and just talk about the good ol days? Am I supposed to lie to myself, try to convince myself that Carlos Baldomir was one of the best WW's of his era? Am I supposed to convince myself that Ricky Hatton deserved to be in the same ring with Floyd and his destiny IN that ring was NOT already written? Am I supposed to convince myself that Oscar was still in his prime and could have beaten any top 3 WW when FLoyd fought him? I'm not that easy.

And truth be told, It is really against YOU guys that I mostly debate. You guys seems to know everything and anything Floyd is thinking and try to speak for him as if you guys get an email from Ellerbe dictating what excuse, what propaganda you need to make a thread about and when people disagree with you, you are automatically considered "haters". You guys keep saying how you want to see Floyd fight whoever "just like everyone else does", but you spend most of your time making threads explaining WHY he shouldnt or doesnt need to fighter so and so than making threads explaining why he SHOULD and why he NEEDS to. Here's are some facts you should know about me when it comes to Floyd..

1. I have never once posted that he is overrated
2. I think he is the smartest athletes alive in ALL of sports
3. I'm in awe of his ability to read and predict his opponents actions.
4. I amazed of how focused he is in the ring.
5. I have seldom ever seen a fighter who can mold himself to adapt to whatever he encounters in the ring.

I've said this plenty times in threads before but people like your fellow posters only focus on the negative posts I make because it affects them emotionally. Yeah, i make more negative posts about him now, but he has not challenged himself recently against the fighters that would bring the qualities of which I listed above. So you can call me a "hater" all you want, but people here know the truth about me. People who's opinion I respect more because Boxing is more than just Floyd to them. I am content with that.
