Where did Penn bash boxing? He said Mayweather was a boring fighter, but I didn't see him say anything bad about the sport of boxing.

This may shock some of you, but almost every decent MMA guy will have a boxing trainer. They respect boxing as part of the skills they need in MMA. Tito Ortiz has trained boxing with Fernando Vargas in the past for example.
