the young khan was probably hypnotized by the looks of the mayweathers. he was likely hypnotized by the handspeed of ugly boy floyd jr., and mesmerized by the ugly looks of roger mayweather. ugly old floyd sr. is out of the questions because he is training the golden boy.

changing trainers is not new in boxing. and often so it does not produce better result. a boxer's ability is only polished by the trainer.

the supposedly great roger mayweather was knocked out cold by the great julio cesar chavez sr even if the old chavez was the smaller guy.

i wish the best of luck for khan.

      Judging other men=gay

That being said I think Roger would be a great trainer for Khan who has tons of talent that can be molded to become even better. Sparring with Floyd won't hurt him much either (I think).

Smartest move KHAN could ever make! It seems he might be training with Floyd sr, or Roger...

it's going to be McGirt I bet.

I hope it's an American though to add another dimension to Amir who offensively has it all.

This is a good move, but I don't think that Roger Mayweather is the best trainer for him. Aside from Floyd, who is an intelligent boxer and highly talented, his resume doesn't compare with some of the other trainers out there.

It's possible that Mayweather had a word in Khan's ear and that's what has caused this, but it's also possible that Frank Warren suggested it.
