    Haha no, no he doesn't.

Even a prime Toney bound to a chair and gagged would make the fight tougher than anyone Calzaghe has/had ever faced before.

Because he's never fought anyone remotely close to that level.

An Old Man, A HS Wrestler and a Dane gun runner don't count.

What makes Calzaghe smarter than Toney? Honestly?

Toney is a lazy fighter, even in his prime he was lazy.
Toney had many close decisions to people he shouldn't have.
Joe is the kind of guy Toney has no answer for, trust me, easy UD.
You can't be lazy against Joe, you have to work, if you try to lay back against Calzaghe you will surely lose on points.

It is sad that any time Toney is mentioned, there is a stipulation:If Toney is in shape, etc.etc. Sad but true.

That being said I think Toney would break Calzaghe down and use his pressure against him to win a decision

              You kidding right?
I don't think there is one fighter in the world that is capable of pressuring Calzaghe, that's just impossible.
              Pot shot him, yeah maybe...
              Counter him, maybe...
              But pressure him?! Impossible.

Read.Toney Use His (Calzaghes) pressure against him (Calzaghe). No question calzaghe would look to exploit Toneys Bad habit of fighting about 2 minutes a round and pressure Toney. He would walk into Toneys (prime) sneaks and counters all night. That 6 inch right that Toney had would wreck Calzaghe.

I stand corrected, I misunderstood you.
I still firmly believe Toney is just too inconsistent to beat Calzaghe.
And that "6 inch right" will have trouble finding Calzaghe's chin, and he's got a great one.
Remember, Calzaghe is extremely hard to time and that's what Toney relied on, timing.
Even Bernard couldn't time him anymore by the mid-rounds and so on, Calzaghe's fighting style is simply too un-orthodox for Toney to beat.

I voted Toney by decision but **** that was a hard one. I just know a motivated Toney was capable of beating any SMW.
