the significant thing about this match up is that if the fight does come off, Klitschko would be facing the first really hard puncher since corrie sanders, or even samuel peter which was 5 fights ago. for his mandatories he'll be facing thompson, and then povetkin, none of which have the power of haye. regardless of the size difference or whatever other arguemnet you want to bring up, the punching power is apparent, and it shouldnt be ignored from either the fans', or klitschko's perspective.
im not saying that haye will beat waldimir, or vice versa, in fact i havent picked the winner yet. but i think this would be one of the guys that will show a strong desire to engage klitschko instead of countering his jabs. something to think about...
