But I'd like to see what Haye is made of. Let him gain 20 lbs and let's see how effective he is. In 1½ to 2 years he might be ready for Wlad.

I think Wlad would find it difficult to KO anyone in the first round mate, He has been fighting caution since he gassed out again Brewster..He likes to use the first round to feel out his opponent especially a renown puncher..He was clinging Sam" No technic" peter at every little opportunity so i doubt he would go for a KO in any fight that early unless he felt the other guys power and thought he doesnt hit hard.

hahahaha, I really like Haye now. his fights are really fun to watch, and hes pretty clever with what he comes up with.

I dont care if hes not the best in the division, he still will be a big part of it. Even if he doesnt win, at least he will make the fight exciting, and thats something the Heavyweight division needs desperately.

and he seems to be getting better too, thats always a good sign.

Based on his style and his record.

He will unify the Heavyweight division, mark my words.

I love America, but at the moment you guys have no one as good as him.

We'll have to see how he does against even a second tier HW to better evaluate him. His record at CW is mediocre to say the least (the fact he was stopped by a 40 year old CW does not impress me.) Since the best HW's are not from America, I'm not sure how that's relevant.

Watch out for the Hayemaker man.

              Remember his name.

He cleaned up the Cruiserweight division and now he is going to do it at Heavyweight.

...This is the exact kind of delusional talk that bothers me from the Haye fans.

I like Haye but if he doesn't tighten his defence up at heavyweight he will soon be found out.

this guy is good at making enemies.

didn't he talk **** about being able to beat top mma guys as well?

i know pbf did and retracted btw. so i am not thinking of pbf.

i would love to see him go through peter before he gets a shot at the top guy.

                    you know what...

eberyone says they can take wladimir until they are in the ring. then what do they say afterwards? look up their quotes. they all say watching him is too different from fighting him. and vitali is even harder to accurately imagine fighting.

WK id planning on fighting 3 fights this year. he did say if haye beats a few guys he will let haye get his shot.
so he already accepted the "challenge" of KOing haye provided he actually fights some heavyweights. otherwise too many peeps would discount the victory.

truth be told, Haye was basically beating the **** out of Thompson for quite a few rounds, but he gassed out. that kind of thing happens, and Haye was only had about 8 fights or something. plus, he could have continued if he wanted, but his corner threw the towel in. good decision imo, even if he could have gone on to win that fight(which was very possible), it would have been too much damage for their fighter early on in his career. great work by the corner to me.

It was probebly very helpful for Haye actually. now he paces himself better, works more on stamina, and is already familiar with defeat. that loss probebly made him a better fighter, and made him work harder.
