I've been a Haye fan for a while, I think the kid hsa serious potential to be the Heavyweight Champion, and I do think that he can beat a lot of the "top" Heavyweights out there.

We need more people like Haye. Reminds me of LHW UFC champion Rampage Jackson. I bet the guy is funny too. He says alot of stuff that makes sense and his mind is in the right place. Totally see this guy knocking people out. Can't say he doesn't have confidence!!!!Video transcript of David Haye:
BT: What did you think about the fight tonight between Hopkins and Calzaghe? "The fight was interesting, it was a very tactical fight. I enjoyed it, it was like doing homework, looking at things I want to do in my fights. There were subtle movements, little adjustments made in fights, it was very educational."
BT: You are the cruiserweight champion of the world, are you definitely done with that division?
David Haye: I'm finished, I'm done, I'm #1, that's all. The cruiserweight division was always going to be a showcase for my heavyweight division. I wanted to do something that only one guy before has done, and that's Evander Holyfield, and that's be the undisputed cruiserweight division champion and the undisputed heavyweight. I want to set records and do things that few guys have done before. My legacy is left solidly in the cruiserweight division. You've got Evander Holyfield, who I think is the greastest cruiserweight of all time, a lot of people are saying I'm second. I can live with that. I'm definitely going to go out there and win the undisputed heavyweight title. The only way to do that is to fight Wladimir Klitschko. That's the guy I want and I want him A.S.A.P., the longer he leaves it, the more I know he is going to try to get out of this fight. He doesn't want to fight me, I know it for a fact.
BT: How do you think he looked in his last fight, and lately?
DH: He sucks. He doesn't come to fight, he doesn't come to give you and entertaining show. Boxing is about entertainment, it's about entertaining the fans who come here. Once they start booing, you've got to make an adjustment. Especially when he's fighting a short southpaw who can't really punch. Instead of spending the whole fight slapping the guys glove- I don't know what that's about or who taught him that-why not throw a right to this guys chin? You might knock him out and the crowd might clap a couple of times. I'd advise him if he tries to do that to me, trying to slap my glove, he'll get knocked out in the first round.
BT: When is the next time the fans at ********** can expect to see you back in the ring?
DH: It's going to be later in the year, I'm going to take some family time. I was in training camp for nine months solid, I fought John Marc Mormeck A few months later, I fought Enzo Maccarinelli. I've been busy. I've been busy fighting quality opposition, world champions. I'm taking a bit of time off, going to spend time with my family. I'll be back in the ring later on this year, probably October, fighting a name that Americans recognize and know. It will be against a guy that people would probably pick to beat me. That's what you're going to see in my career, you're going to see me get in the ring probably the underdog more than 50% of the time. The penny going to drop and people are going to realize that I am the real deal, and I'm going to take the heavyweight title.Comment

....This is the kind of **** that makes him a douche. Not much different then what Toney said I guess, but Tony was actually established at heavy and could talk a little ****. Who the **** does Haye think he is that Wlad would even bother with him at this point. He's an absolute nobody in the heavyweight division. Just another chump calling out the man. If he gets his wish his fans will be crying themsleves to sleep when Wlad puts that Gay looking ****er in a coma.Video transcript of David Haye:

....IMO he isn't looking to fight contenders. He thinks he's gong to get an immediate shot at someones title and cash in quickly. I bet he fights pure bums for 3-4 fights and then someone will give him a shot. He is exciting but can he take that to the heavies. If you throw caution to the wind, have a shaky defense, and a shaky chin, it's just a matter of time before you get the Jeremy Williams treatment.Comment

...Too much **** talking and his fans are dillusional. Plus, I'm a huge Wlad fan and this guy chaps my ass by thinking he can call the best heavy in the world garbage. He doesn't deserve Wlad but I wold love to see Wlad get pissed and give him a shot for one of his optionals.Comment

I don't get the Hayes fans is delusional thing, which Haye fan has said he is going to take over the heavyweights? must be about 2 guys
Haye is my favourite fighter outside of Joe Calzaghe and british super featherweight prospect Kevin Mitchell but he won't dominate the heavies. He WILL get knocked out a few times but he WILL always be exciting. He loves to fight.
Thats why he chats ****, Klitschko didn't look like he was having much fun in his last fight. He deserves to get trashed on that. He's a million times better than that performance.Comment
