calzaghe won by a round or two, but he would have done better if he hadn't been moving up in weight, hopkins hadn't clinched and headbutted, etc. you can't disagree with that.

The coverage was only on one channel in Britain. Setanta Sports on that show... the two commontators John Rawling and former champ Richie Woodhall (who had a score card on screen) had Calzaghe winning.

Barry McGuigian in the studio also said Calzaghe had it. Also Sports pundit Steve Bunce also agreed that Hopkins had lost.

Wheres your source for the bbc saying Calzaghe lost?? Surely you didn't tune into British radio to hear of the fight?

Whats funny is...American pundits thought Hopkins won. British thought Calzaghe won. It's funny because it displays the bias in full effect.

Have to agree though...as the score cards were being read out, i was quite unsure who was the victor. Was a close one. I was glad Calzaghe got it in the end, i think Hopkins behaivour was most awful.

The fight was only shown on ONE channel. Every person who was showing the fight at the time... had Calzaghe winning. And at 4.30am it was most certainly the only channel showing it. I hope your really unhappy that Hopkins lost, it only makes me more pleased.
