another guiy is randy newman who's actually a former heavyweight contender who fought jerry quarry and chuck wepner. he's not a flashy guy like cortez, who makes his presence known even before a fight starts lol. but i like randy he's really low key and he let's fighters do what they want.

Newman is a horriable ref and it wouldn't surprise me if someone gets killed in one of his fights.

The Gomez/Gatti fight where he should have stopped the fight much earlier. He even was starting the count before Hazard came into stop the fight.

The AA/Miranda fight which where he deducted an ungodly amount of points, should have stopped the fight due to AA jaw, and basically an all time piss poor performance of a ref.

The Waldimir/Peter fight where he never took points away for all the rabbit punches Peter threw.

There is a difference between being a punchers ref and being a piss poor ref.

Smoger is a great ref who lets action happen, it is another being negligent to what is actually happening in a fight.
