They should clone this guy and have him ref every fight. Not only is he probably the best referee in the sport, he is tough as nails, has taken chairs and punches to the head, and marches forward like a true warrior himself.

Yup he lets fighters fight. He only gets involved when he needs to. He is no egomaniac like other refs who dictate the fight to their terms and end up ruining the action.

Every ref has there pay day, i mean bad day.

I remember(and have the video) a fight that was refed by Smoger where the audio caught Smoger tell the fighter, "get up" while Smoger was giving a slow count.
