        That's correct.

The people who say Hopkins won don't really understand boxing, or they are biased against Joe for some reason.

It was a close fight. A split decision. A lot of people will always score a split decision to the other guy. Thats natural. It's the nature of boxing.

Let me say that I had Joe as winner but I can understand that some people could see it for Hopkins. But some posters need to deal with it, get over it and move on.

lol , mate it happens in every big fight thats close and has controversy , got nothing to do with UK fighter , look at any of Floyds fights can be with anyone , sometimes I reckon the brits are really bigtime paranoid about their fighters .

I had it a draw, but I can understand the decision going to Calzaghe, he was much more aggressive, forced the fight, and threw a boatload of punches. That said I gave Bernard rounds 1, 3, 8, 10 and 12. Granted there were a lot of close rounds in there that could've gone either way.

I just think Hopkins did well in making Joe fight very much unlike Joe normally fights for the first 6 rounds. And Joe did very well in establishing his own pace mid-fight and keeping it up-tempo for the remainder of the rounds.

As for the lowblow, I'm not sure. It certainly looked low to me, landing on Hopkins' patch on his crotch, but it didn't seem there was enough steam behind it for the reaction it got. That said, I've simply grazed my balls the wrong way and it hurt like piss before, so I don't know, I didn't take the shot so I can't really comment about it.

Very close fight IMO, but as I said, I can see why Calzaghe got the decision.

Seeing this poll has restored my faith in this forum. It is just a shame that so many idiots litter the place with their ****e.

                      Bhop Won

If you score with the criteria "Clean effective punches" BHOP easy UD.

Your not supposed to give credit for coming forward and windmill punches thrown that don't land.
